Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dental Assistant and X-ray certification required where state demands.
• Preferred: 1+ year of dental assisting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide chairside support and create a welcoming patient experience from check-in to chairside.
• Prepare operatories, instruments, equipment, and materials before each appointment.
• Assist dentists during denture, implant, oral surgery, extractions, and prosthetic procedures.
• Take denture impressions and wax bites under dentist direction.
• Assist with denture insertions, relines, repairs, and related duties as allowed by state law.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, denture options, and post-operative care.
• Document patient histories and clinical notes accurately.
• Take dental radiographs in line with state certification requirements.
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support daily office operations and travel for continuing education if needed.
