Qualifications

• Expanded Functions OR Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Certification.
• Dental Radiology Certification if not included in CDA.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a dental setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during exams and procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatment.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
• Take and process intra-oral x-rays.
• Maintain patient records within the medical system.
