Qualifications

• Assist dental providers with chair side procedures using four-handed dentistry technique.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain proper sterilization per OSHA regulations.
• Assist in scheduling and documenting patient care using dental software.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to treatment rooms and greet them professionally.
• Provide patient education and instructions before, during, and after procedures.
• Manage inventory and ordering of dental supplies; assist in maintenance of equipment.
• Coordinate training of new employees and dental trainees as directed.
• Communicate delays and patient flow issues to front desk staff and patients.
