Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Prepare and present treatment plans to patients
- Schedule appointments considering patient needs
- Maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Record patient health histories
- Support patient management during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and sanitize treatment rooms
- Prepare dental materials and equipment
- Complete dental charting
- Manage inventory and perform ancillary duties
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant training or equivalent
- Preferred 2-5 years of experience
- CDA certification or equivalent licensing
- CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft and/or Denticon software is a plus
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Teamwork, initiative, and dependability
- Attention to detail and flexibility to work at multiple locations
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
