What You’ll Do

As a Dental Assistant II, you’ll be a critical part of our care team, providing direct support to our providers and a seamless experience for patients. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting dentists during a wide range of procedures
  • Coordinating treatment plans and presenting them confidently to patients
  • Managing patient scheduling and follow-ups
  • Sterilizing and preparing instruments and operatories
  • Handling patient records, digital charting, and health history updates
  • Ensuring clinical areas are fully stocked and organized
  • Maintaining a calm, compassionate presence during procedures
  • Participating in team huddles and contributing to a positive practice environment
What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings professionalism and positivity — and genuinely cares. Ideal qualifications include:

  • DA Training or equivalent experience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on dental assisting preferred
  • CDA certification, completed CODA-accredited program, or NC Radiology equivalency exam
  • CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
  • Eaglesoft and/or Denticon knowledge is a plus
  • Professional, clear communicator — especially when presenting treatment and insurance details
  • A dependable team player with flexibility and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel to nearby locations if needed
