Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training required.
• Experience in a fast-paced dental office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate them throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and digital images.
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures with four-handed dentistry.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms and enforce safety protocols (OSHA/CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders; support office workflow.
