Ideal Dental is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing Texas practice. You will support clinicians, manage patient flow, perform X-rays, impressions, iTero scans, and uphold the highest infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• 6–12 months of RDA experience in a dental practice.
• Travel to DeNovo offices may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental x-rays with precision.
• Prepare and break down operatories after procedures.
• Manage patient flow and handoffs during visits.
• Ensure infection control and instrument sterilization.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations; support appliance fabrication.
• Perform digital iTero scans and document treatment plans.
• Support doctors with charting and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional care.
