Daily tasks include assisting with procedures, taking X-rays, preparing operatories, managing patient flow, ensuring infection control, teaching oral hygiene, taking impressions and bite registrations, performing iTero scans, charting

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience as an RDA in a dental practice.
• DeNovo Offices: Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with precision to support diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and breakdown operatories after procedures, maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow by facilitating smooth handoffs and transitions during visits.
• Ensure infection control by sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene to promote long‑term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for custom appliances.
• Conduct digital iTero scans for accurate diagnostic data.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation for treatment planning.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
