Ideal Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant to join a growing practice in Fort Worth, TX. You will support clinicians with a range of procedures, operate the iTero scanner, and help manage patient flow while maintaining the highest infection-control standards.

The role emphasizes patient education, accurate charting, and collaboration with the team to deliver exceptional care and beautiful smiles for our community.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 6–12 months experience as an RDA in a dental practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures and ensure patient comfort.
• Take dental X-rays with accuracy for diagnoses and treatment planning.
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms after procedures, maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Manage patient flow and support in transitions throughout visits.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices to promote long-term health.
• Take impressions and bite registrations for appliances.
