Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant in the United States to support clinical teams and doctors. The role offers full-time hours with a compensation range of $22 to $26 per hour and opportunities for growth within a world-class dental service organization.

You will assist with treatments, take x-rays, manage operatory setup, handle patient flow, ensure infection control, and educate patients on oral hygiene to maintain excellent care across the practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Take dental x-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Execute patient handoffs and monitors patient flow within the practice.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Complete denture soft relines and manufacture temporary crowns.
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations.
• Perform digital intraoral scans.
• Support patient charting for doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
