Job summary

Aspen Dental, a leading dental service organization, is hiring a Dental Assistant in a full-time role with a pay range of $22–$24 per hour. Our program offers comprehensive benefits including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match, plus CE through TAG U.

You will assist during treatments, take X-rays, set up and break down the operatory, practice infection control, educate patients, perform digital scans, impressions, and support charting, collaborating with the team to ensure patient

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dental team to provide care.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; state x-ray cert if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental X-rays
• Set up and breakdown operatory after treatment
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow
• Manage infection control and sterilize instruments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
• Perform denture relines and temporary crowns
• Take impressions and bite registrations
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Support charting for doctors
• Handle various office tasks as needed
• Collaborate with the team for patient satisfaction
