Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in a full-time role in the United States. The position offers hourly compensation between $20 and $23, a strong training program, and flexible scheduling to support your career growth in a world-class dental service organization.

You will assist during treatment, take x-rays, manage operatory setup and breakdown, and help ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take dental x-rays
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health
• Complete denture relines and manufacture temporary crowns
• Perform quality impressions and bite registrations
• Perform digital intraoral scans
• Support patient charting for doctors
• Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction
