Rodeo Dental is a growing multi-specialty dental group with locations across the United States. We seek team players who support patient safety and high-quality care across general dentistry, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery services.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, CPR/AED, nitrous oxide monitoring certification, and willingness to travel 10–15%. Proficiency with Open Dental or Dentrix is a plus, and bilingual Spanish is preferred to serve diverse patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CPR and AED training.
• Current certification to monitor Nitrous Oxide.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training.
• Dental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpful.
• Sealant, Coronal Polishing, or PALS Certifications are a huge plus.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
• Active Driver’s License may be required for travel to different work sites.

Responsabilités

• Focus on Patient Safety and Team Safety as priority one.
• Adhere to OSHA and Infection Control Protocols and dispose of sharps and waste safely.
• Maintain digital patient artifacts: health history, eligibility, treatment plans, pre-authorizations, lab requests, appointments.
• Educate patients and parents on the benefits of good oral health.
• Monitor patient well-being during visits.
• Prepare tray setups per doctor preferences and procedures.
• Ensure exam rooms are cleaned, disinfected, organized, and stocked.
• Chart existing treatment and update patient charts with fillings/crowns/sealants.
• Review charts and health history before doctor arrives and reconfirm concerns.
• Take diagnostic X-Rays and attach to patient chart.
• Help team clean surfaces and common areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
