Finley Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentist and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. If you have a positive attitude, love dentistry and enjoy working with fun professionals, we would consider you to join our team!

Schedule

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 11:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ( Every other)

Our Dedicated Team Includes

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One Office Manager
• Two Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
• Two FT Dental Assistant
• One FT EFDA

Requirements

• X-Ray certification in state of Ohio preferred
• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
