Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of OHIO is mandatory.
• Anesthetic Certification preferred but not required.
• Must follow sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have excellent communication skills.

Finley Dental is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full‑Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Schedule

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

• One Lead Dentist (experienced)
• One Office Manager
• Two FT Lead Front Desk Coordinator

Compensation

• Plus uncapped hygiene incentive!

Additional Information

• PMS -Eaglesoft Time allotted for procedures
  • NP - 1HR
  • SRP per quad - 1HR
  • Prophy - 45 minute
• Average # of patients per day - 8
• Morning Huddle? - Yes---- 8:45 M/W, H 11:45, T/F 7:45
• Insurances accepted? FFS? - only in network with Delta Dental Premier and Paramount Elite. Accept all insurance
