Qualifications

• X-Ray certification in Ohio preferred.

• Assist the dentist with a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
• Perform chairside dental assisting and light administrative duties.

Finley Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionateFull TimeDental Assistant(DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentist and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:

• Monday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday 11:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• Thursday8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ( Every other)

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Office Manager
• Two Front Desk Coordinator
• Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
• One FT EFDA

Requirements:

• X-Ray certification in state ofOhiopreferred
• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
