Premier Dental in Clyde, OH seeks a dedicated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. You will work closely with dentists to provide high-quality patient care and perform light administrative duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• X-Ray certification in OH is preferred but not required? (state requirement listed)
• Experience assisting dentists with general dentistry procedures is needed.
• Must be CPR certified and able to follow sterilization protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a range of dental procedures.
• Cross-train to support multiple departments.
• Perform light administrative duties such as scheduling and charting.
• Maintain sterilization and OSHA-compliant practices.

Premier Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-Time Dental Assistant (DA) to join our team! As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with our dentists and other team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients as well as perform light administrative duties. We have a small team so each of us are cross-trained to help in every department. Schedule:

• Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Our dedicated team includes:

• One Periodontist
• One Office Manager
• Two FT Lead Front Desk Coordinators
• Two FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call)
• One FT Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Requirements:

• X-Ray certification in state of OHIO Required
• Coronal Polish/Sealant Certification preferred but not required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Chairside dental assisting with a wide range of general dentistry procedures
• Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations
• CPR certification
• Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling
• Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients
• Integrity-focused work ethic
• Team-player attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback
