Premier Dental is seeking a motivated, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing, patient-focused team. In this role, you will play an essential part in delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care while working collaboratively with our dentists to ensure every patient receives outstanding treatment in a comfortable, welcoming environment. Schedule:

• Monday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Open to part-time Monday/Wednesday/Thursday

Practice Overview:

1 Periodontist

2 Full-Time RDHs, 1 Part-Time RDH

2 Front Desk Coordinators

Dedicated Office Manager

3 hygiene operatories

Black scrubs provided

Primarily Fee-for-Service; 3 PPOs accepted

Qualifications:

Active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license

Local anesthesia certification

Knowledge of OSHA sterilization protocols

Current CPR certification

Proficiency with charting and scheduling software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to periodontal, oral, and systemic health

Ability to build strong patient and team relationships

Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability

Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable

Willingness to learn new systems, techniques, and feedback

• Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
