Willamette Dental is hiring a Dental Assistant in Bellingham, WA. You will support dentists and dental teams, prepare instruments, assist in four-handed dentistry, take radiographs, and help deliver comfortable, high‑quality patient care while adhering to state laws and OSHA/clinic policies.

This full‑time role includes competitive pay, benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Competenze

• Required: High School Diploma or GED and credentials to function as a Dental Assistant per state requirements.
• Desired: Graduation from an ADA accredited dental assisting program and/or an EFDA.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment and materials for all dental procedures.
• Work under the supervision of a dentist, performing four-handed dentistry and dental assisting within state regulations.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Take impressions of patients’ teeth for study casts.
• Maintain sterilization area and wear PPE per policy and OSHA/WISHA regulations.
• Travel to other WD locations within a reasonable range as needed.
• Ensure reliable attendance at scheduled work times.
