Job summary

Lifetime Dental Care Virginia is seeking an experienced General Dental Assistant to support doctors, improve clinical efficiency, and enhance the patient experience in Woodbridge and Stafford, VA. The role involves chairside assistance for restorative and preventive dentistry, digital scanning, radiography, and collaboration with the care team.

A minimum of four years of dental assisting experience and Virginia radiography certification are required, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of dental assisting experience.
• Virginia dental radiography certification required.
• CPR certification.
• Experience with crown, bridge, and implant dentistry preferred.
• Proficiency with digital dentistry tools (scanners, digital radiographs).

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists with restorative, preventive, and general dentistry procedures.
• Support crown/bridge and implant cases with chairside assistance.
• Perform digital intraoral scanning for crowns, bridges, implants, and scans.
• Prepare operatories and maintain sterilization standards.
• Provide post-operative instructions and patient education.
