Qualifications

• Previous experience or formal training in dental assisting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and data entry.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilized instruments
• Review treatment plans and answer patient questions
• Take and record medical history and vital signs
• Follow all health, safety, and infection control protocols
• Assist with scheduling and patient checkout as needed
• Anticipate clinical and patient needs to keep the day running smoothly
