Job summary

Espire offers a dynamic dental care role where you’ll assist clinicians, manage sterilization, expose dental x-rays, and help patients feel at ease. You’ll work with Cerec systems and intraoral scanners when available, and support team coordination and documentation in electronic records.

The role emphasizes patient outcomes, ongoing training, and a positive, fun environment as part of a trusted dental team focused on confidence and joy in every smile.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments is expected.
• Experience with Cerec intraoral scanning is a plus.
• Knowledge of sedation and dental implant placement/restoration is beneficial.
• Experience using electronic medical records in dental settings.
• Willingness to participate in training, including travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental work and assist with procedures.
• Maintain infection control, sterilize instruments, and handle materials.
• Assist dentists during emergencies and with hygienists when needed.
• Record treatment information in patient records and expose x-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Order supplies and maintain dental equipment inventory.
