Job summary

ProSmile is seeking a Dental Assistant to support the clinical needs of our dental offices. You will work under dentists, assist with patient care, and coordinate with hygienists in daily activities.

Responsibilities include chairside support, inventory and records, scheduling, and basic lab work. A High School diploma is required, with licensure (DRT) preferred or pursued immediately, plus HIPAA/OSHA awareness.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• DRT license or willingness to pursue licensure immediately.
• Radiation Health and Safety certificate required/achieved.
• Certified Dental Assistant certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside and demonstrate knowledge of dental instruments.
• Maintain inventory in operatories and ensure OSHA/HIPAA/CDCs compliance.
• Coordinate scheduling, post-treatment follow-ups, and record keeping.
• Handle basic lab tasks such as impressions and model pours.
• Support team with diverse duties as needed.
