Just Pull It Dental is seeking a Field Training & Onboarding Lead to elevate our teams across multiple locations in Florida. This full-time role focuses on training, onboarding, leadership, and developing others, with hands-on coaching for doctors, dental assistants, and front desk staff.

Travel between Just Pull It Dental locations is required; you’ll shape processes, build confidence, and serve as a positive ambassador for our patient experience while guiding new hires to success in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3+ years of dental experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Just Pull It Dental locations.
• Flexible schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Conduct working interviews for prospective team members and dental professionals.

We’re looking for an experienced dental professional who is ready to step away from the everyday office grind and into a role focused on training, onboarding, leadership, and developing others.

As our Field Training & Onboarding Lead, you’ll play a key role in helping new team members and providers succeed across our Just Pull It Dental locations. You’ll conduct working interviews, lead onboarding, provide hands-on training, and help doctors and team members build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves dentistry but is ready for a change—someone who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and making an impact beyond the four walls of one dental office.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3+ years of dental experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous training, mentoring, leadership, or coaching experience preferredAbility to confidently teach and coach others
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional and positive approach when working with doctors and team members
• Reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel to all Just Pull It Dental locations
• Flexible availability between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., depending on training needs
