Forum Dental - St. Robert is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and support high-quality patient care. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, take x‑rays, and manage charting with Dentrix in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state law
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• HIPAA training and PHI protection responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate patients throughout treatment
• Review patient health history to ensure quality care
• Take and process X-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography)
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists during procedures
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols per OSHA & CDC guidelines
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Collaborate with providers and team to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve office workflow
