Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Westminster, CO. No dental experience is required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB), and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You’ll work with a supportive team, assist during treatments, prepare operatory, manage infection control, and support patient charting while pursuing radiology and safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to obtain radiology and safety certification in the state-appropriate timeframe.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $20 - $24 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part‑time, full‑time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
