Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No prior dental experience is required, with paid hands-on training through DANB and a clear path to becoming a CDA. Join a team dedicated to serving patients in the community and advancing your career with structured, supportive onboarding.

Entry‑Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry‑Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $17 - $20 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
