Aspen Dental offers an Entry-Level Dental Assistant position with paid on-the-job training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). No prior experience is required, and you will work with a team dedicated to community patient care.

This is a Full-Time role with flexible scheduling across independently owned locations. Benefits include paid training, radiology certification support, time off and health/retirement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you'll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $17 - $19 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
