Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant in the United States. No experience required; you will receive hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You’ll assist in procedures, help with operatory setup, infection control, patient charting, and general office tasks while under the guidance of a skilled dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Radiology certification must be obtained within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant , you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $17 - $20 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
