Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification is required. You will receive paid, hands-on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

Work alongside a team dedicated to helping patients in your community every day. The role offers hourly pay of $16–$17, full-time status, and flexible scheduling across independently owned locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.

• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide patient care.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

Salary: $16 - $17 / hour

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
