Aspen Dental in the United States is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior dental experience. You’ll be paid while you learn through our DANB partnership and work toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) as you support clinicians and patients in your community.

This full-time position offers on-site training, opportunities to advance, and a benefits package including paid time off, health and vision coverage, and CDA certification renewal support.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant , you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary:

$19 - $21 / hour

Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors

• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
