Job summary

Aspen Dental in Kyle, Texas is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant with no prior experience. You’ll receive paid, hands‑on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

This full-time role offers pay of $17–$20 per hour, varies by location, with part-time/full-time and flexible scheduling. You’ll work with a supportive team to deliver excellent patient care while you learn radiology and safety certifications and advance your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
