Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No experience required; you’ll receive paid training through DANB and a clear path to CDA certification. You’ll work with a supportive team to serve patients in your community, with possibilities for part-time or full-time schedules and flexible locations.

As you train, you’ll gain radiology and safety certification and contribute to infection control, charting support, and patient care under the supervision of licensed dentists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $18 - $20 / hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day
