Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification is required; you’ll receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You’ll join a collaborative team, assist during a variety of procedures, maintain infection control, support charting for doctors, and help with daily office tasks while you learn and grow in a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

Salary: $19 - $21 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*
