Job summary

Aspen Dental in Eugene, Oregon is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No dental experience or certification is required to apply.

You’ll be paid to learn with hands-on training through our DANB partnership and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), while helping patients in your community. Daily duties include assisting during procedures, preparing operatory, maintaining infection control, charting support for doctors, and performing various office tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you'll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $18 - $21 / hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:
