Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Mount Pleasant, TX. No prior dental experience is required. You’ll receive paid, hands-on training through the DANB and a clear path toward becoming a CDA.

Salary is $14–$18 per hour. Full-Time with flexible scheduling varies by location. You’ll assist procedures, prep and sterilize instruments, help with charting, and collaborate with the dental team to deliver excellent patient care. Training and benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of dental treatment procedures.

• Manage infection control and sterilize instruments and equipment.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant , you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $14 - $18 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
