Job summary

Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians in delivering quality patient care. You’ll receive paid training through the DANB program and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant, all while working with a team that serves the local community.

Salary ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with full-time schedules and flexible options depending on the location. No prior experience is required to apply, and ongoing training is provided.

• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the state-mandated timeline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant , you'll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $18 - $20 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You'll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control - prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
