Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team in Allentown, PA. No prior dental experience or certification is required and paid training through the DANB will prepare you to become a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA).

You’ll work with a supportive team that serves the local community every day. Salary ranges from $19 to $23 per hour with full-time scheduling options, and opportunities to advance through DANB-sponsored radiology and safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $19 - $23 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part‑time, full‑time, and flexible scheduling available*
