Aspen Dental is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No experience required; you’ll receive paid training through DANB and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), while supporting a community of patients with your team.

The role offers hourly pay of $22-$23, full-time opportunities, and flexible scheduling by location. You’ll help with procedures, sterilization, charting, and coordinating with the dental team.

Formación

• Obtain radiology and safety certification within state-required timeframe.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.

• Set up and breakdown operatory after treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $22 - $23 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain your radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
