Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in Aspen, CO. No dental experience or certification is required. You’ll receive paid, on‑the‑job training through our DANB‑partner program and a clear path to CDA certification.

Salary is $20–$24 per hour. Full-time and flexible scheduling are available. You will assist during procedures, prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and support patient charting as part of a collaborative dental team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part‑time, full‑time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
