Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dental Assistant/DA or RDA certificate and licenses as applicable in California.
• CPR BLS certification current.
• California dental board examinations/licenses for practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a dentist and collaborates with the health team.
• Assists dental staff with routine exams and treatments across age groups.
• Notifies licensed staff when patient reports pain and supports patient safety.
• Maintains infection prevention, sterilization, and proper handling of instruments and supplies.
• Schedules appointments and supports general office duties as needed.
