What You Bring

• Love for your profession
• EDDA (Expanded Duties Dental Assistant) Certification
• Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments
• Knowledge of Cerec, 3Shape, and intraoral scanning (a plus)
• Experience with sedation and dental implant procedures (a plus)
• Willingness to participate in training, including travel if necessary
• Experience with digital technology and electronic medical records
• Ability to build trust with others

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for dental procedures
• Assisting with infection control, sterilization, and setup
• Managing medical and dental emergencies
• Supporting dental hygienists and assisting during procedures
• Providing excellent patient care and education
• Recording treatment details and vital signs
• Exposing dental x-rays and maintaining equipment
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
• Fabricating temporary restorations and impressions
