Job summary

Ideal Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our growing team. You will support a range of dental procedures, take precise X-rays, and help prepare operatories while ensuring a clean, safe environment.

You’ll educate patients, assist in charting, and collaborate with the practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences. We value a licensed RDA with CPR certification and 6 months to 1 year of experience, with travel possible to new offices as our practice expands.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant License is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of RDA experience in a dental practice is preferred.
• DeNovo Offices may require travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a wide range of dental procedures.
• Take dental x-rays with precision and care.
• Prepare and break down operatories after each procedure.
• Manage patient flow and assist in transitions.
• Ensure infection control standards and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices.
• Take impressions and bite registrations.
• Conduct digital iTero scans.
• Assist with patient charting and documentation.
• Collaborate with the entire practice team to deliver great patient experiences.

Education

Active Registered Dental Assistant License
