Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Kingston, TN is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to support chairside care and front-desk duties. You will assist the doctor, take radiographs, and help maintain a smooth patient experience in a private practice.

Experience with Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred; new grads are welcome. We offer a competitive hourly wage ($19–$21) with a 401(k) match, PTO/holidays, and medical/vision/life insurance and wellness programs for you and your family.

Qualifications

• New grads welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Certifications required by state: Radiology Certification, CPR, RDA or RDAEF, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the treatment room.
• Work both in the front and as a dental assistant.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
