Dental Dreams LLC in Battle Creek, MI is hiring Dental Assistants to join our dedicated team. We welcome experienced DAs and those new from dental programs, with on‑the‑job training to become radiology certified.

The role emphasizes care, customer service, teamwork, and strong organization. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package including medical/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), life and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and caring attitude.
• Healthcare experience or exposure in dental settings.
• Dental experience from work or educational programs.
• Radiology license is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist.
• Provide chair side assistance during examinations and treatment.
• Charting during the dental examination.
• Take and process X-rays.
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and sterilization area.
• Set up and break down operatories.
• Assist with supply inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
• Assist with explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Maintain high level of customer service at all times.
• Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication.

The Role : Dental Dreams in Battle Creek, MIis hiring Dental Assistants to join our talented and dedicated team. Our DA needs to have a passion for caring, excellent customer service, and the ability to assist with administrative tasks. Moreover, the DA should be a team player and well-organized with great attention to detail. We are hiring immediately for experienced Dental Assistants and those currently in or recently graduated from dental programs. We also welcome those without dental experience who are willing to learn. We train up and help new DAs become radiology certified.
