The Gleamery in Studio City, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to lead guest experiences while supporting clinical procedures. You will work under the dentist and treatment coordination team to provide exceptional care, manage aligner workflows, and ensure smooth visits in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven studio.

The role requires an active RDA license in California and BLS/CPR certification, with a schedule that prioritizes predictable hours, including some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active RDA license in California.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience supporting clear aligner workflows or orthodontic cases preferred.
• Familiarity with dental technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support GleamFit aligner journey with supervising dentist and team.
• Capture diagnostic records (photos, scans, X-rays) for aligner evaluations.
• Educate guests on treatment flow and benefits of GleamFit.
• Assist with presenting next steps and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, compliant clinical environment per HIPAA and OSHA.
