Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Dental Assistant training program and two years' experience as chair side Dental Assistant in an Advanced Specialty.
• Three years' experience as a chair side Dental Assistant in an Advanced Specialty.
• Radiological Proficiency certification required by Oregon State Board of Dentistry.
• BLS from AHA required; onboarding course to be completed during onboarding.
• Must have worked as a dental assistant in an advanced specialty within the last 5 years.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Dental Assistant duties within specialty clinics; provide chair-side support and assist with procedures.
• Support one or more specialty work units; flexible to different clinics and locations including RLSB and Russell Street Clinic.
