Scottsdale Perfect Smiles in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Dental Assistant for a full-time, hourly role. Earn $23–$27 per hour with monthly team performance bonuses. Schedule Tue–Thu 7:45 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 7:45 AM–2:00 PM, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on chairside dental assisting experience.
• Active Dental Assistant Certification and Arizona Radiologic Proficiency / X-Ray Certificate required.
• Familiarity with modern dental technology, digital imaging, and practice management software.
• High emotional intelligence, reliability, patient-focused care, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting during general, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dental procedures with four-handed support.
• Capture digital radiographs and intraoral photos; keep accurate clinical notes in software.
• Greet patients, review health histories, explain steps, and provide empathetic chairside care.
• Prepare, break down, sanitize, and restock operatories per OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Oversee instrument processing and sterilization to ensure safety.
• Support hygienists, front office staff, and doctors with a positive, proactive attitude.
