Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant to support daily patient care in a private practice setting. The role offers a compensation package starting at $25-30 per hour based on experience, plus a 401(k) plan with match, PTO and holidays, and comprehensive insurance options.

You will greet patients, assist the doctor, manage back-office tasks, and ensure rooms and equipment are prepared and sterilized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Dental Assistant
• X-ray certification required
• EFDA preferred
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8am-4pm (30 min lunch)
• Tuesday: 9am-6pm (30 min lunch)
• Wednesday: 9am-6pm (30 min lunch)
• Thursday: 8am-4pm (30 min lunch)
• Friday: 8am-4pm (30 min lunch)
