Plymouth Endodontics is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and support high-quality endodontic care. You will assist the doctor, take radiographs, and help manage patient flow.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a comprehensive benefits package including health and life insurance, paid time off, 401k with matching, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in Michigan preferred, not required.
• Some dental assisting experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for patients with a strong chairside manner.
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures.

• Clean and set up treatment rooms.
• Review patient charts and log data during exams and treatment.
• Order and organize dental supplies.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner

- Assist the doctor with all dental procedures

- Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment

- Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared

- Clean and set up treatment rooms

- Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment

- Order and organize dental supplies

This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
